• Social posting, creator tools and account recovery are beta features. Availability and performance may vary.
• Test verification is a prototype eligibility check, not production identity verification or a guarantee that another member is trustworthy.
• Real token settlement, withdrawals, USDT conversion and production reward contracts are not active in the app.
• Licensed popular music remains unavailable until provider approval and production credentials are active. Original or permissioned uploads are separate.
• Ascendra is currently operated centrally by its founding team. Decentralized governance is a future plan, not its current operating model.
• Database and media backup/restore validation is not complete. Keep your own copies of important content; Ascendra is not your sole archive.

Illustrative screens, example creators, engagement counts and sample earnings on the landing page are demonstrations, not actual user results or forecasts. Roadmap features have no guaranteed delivery date.

These disclosures do not mean the service has passed an independent security audit or received legal or regulatory approval. Operator legal details, formal copyright-agent designation and qualified legal review remain launch requirements.

Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Ascendra, you agree to these terms and the policies below. You must be at least 13 years old to use the general social service and at least 18 to access economic, token, marketplace, bounty or identity-verification features. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must permit your use. A stated age restriction does not mean every member’s age has been independently verified.

Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your password and report unauthorized access. Do not share recovery links. Ascendra may restrict accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention or compliance. Email verification confirms access to an inbox, not a person’s identity.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to others’ rights. You grant Ascendra a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, display and distribute that content as needed to provide the service and honor your sharing choices. This is not a transfer of ownership or an unrestricted license to sell your content.

When content is deleted, the service license ends except to the extent needed for legally required retention, resolving disputes, reasonably retained backup copies or copies others lawfully shared. Deleting a post cannot recall screenshots, downloads or independently retained copies. Your personal-data choices are explained below.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, scrape private information, distribute malware, manipulate engagement, evade enforcement, infringe rights, exploit minors, threaten violence, facilitate illegal transactions or defraud others.

Transactions and third parties

Marketplace listings, campaign claims, badges and creator statements are not Ascendra endorsements. Beta escrow, tips, bounties and earnings use Test ASC; they do not secure real payment. Agree separately on any lawful off-platform transaction and understand the other party’s terms. Ascendra does not guarantee delivery, refunds, quality or resolution of off-platform disputes.

Service limitations and changes

Features may change, fail or be removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, reach, earnings, token value or preservation of every beta record. These limitations do not exclude obligations or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The update date above identifies the current notice; material changes requiring notice or consent will be handled before the affected new use begins.

Disputes and law

These terms are governed by Texas law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and subject to mandatory protections where you live. Please contact us to try to resolve a dispute informally. Nothing here prevents urgent relief, a regulator complaint or exercise of rights that cannot legally be waived.

Data rights and voting are not equity

“Your data” means you retain applicable privacy rights and choices over your personal information. “Your content” means you retain the intellectual-property rights you hold in what you create. Neither means you own the service, can control another person’s lawful copy, or can require deletion of records that law requires us to retain.

Holding ASC does not grant shares, business ownership, dividends, a claim to company profits or assets, liquidation proceeds, or the founder’s revenue share. Creating an account does not make you an investor, partner or owner of Ascendra.

What voting means

Community feature votes in the beta are feedback and prioritization signals. They are not shareholder votes or binding control of infrastructure or treasury funds. Future token governance is intended to cover defined protocol matters under published rules. Voting eligibility, weighting, quorum, delegation, timelocks, execution and emergency powers must be published before binding token governance launches.

The founding team currently retains operational and administrative control, including moderation and releases. A future transfer of specific powers to community governance requires explicit implementation; holding tokens alone does not cause that transfer. Neither decentralization nor a future native blockchain or token migration is guaranteed.

ASC and reward disclosures

Test ASC is not real ASC

Balances currently labeled Test ASC are simulated beta balances with no cash value. They are not the Solana ASC token and cannot be withdrawn, traded or redeemed for money. Test balances may be corrected or reset. There is no promised conversion, airdrop or future entitlement based on beta activity. A displayed welcome balance is a test allocation, not a payment.

The existing Solana token

The selected mint for the planned integration is ATF7deyT7FdS7GHip1Btv8t6Mj9vhsfzffoMZhE2vvwR This token exists independently of the app’s test ledger. Its presence in this notice is identification, not an invitation to buy or a claim that current market data, reserves or custody have been independently audited.

Planned campaign split

The confirmed launch design applies to the gross amount settled through a covered campaign, not to all company revenue, profits, tips or marketplace sales. It is not an active real-money distribution.

The founder receives 1% of the gross settled amount, equal to 20% of the platform’s combined 5% allocation. The remaining 4% funds operations such as hosting, storage, safety, development and compliance. The contract design caps the founder share at 1% and prevents reductions to the user/creator share. These protections are not yet enforced by an audited, deployed mainnet program.

The 95% is a combined participant and creator pool, not an amount promised to each member. Individual eligibility, allocation, payment asset, budget, claim window and refund terms must be shown for each live campaign before participation. Any network, conversion or third-party fees must be separately disclosed; the example is not a guaranteed net receipt. A real welcome-reward amount and funded launch budget have not been finalized.

Founder interests and liquidity

The founder has reported control of the principal allocation wallets and prelaunch liquidity positions, and approximately 1.7 SOL of prior token sales. These are founder-provided historical statements, not a current independent wallet audit. Concentrated holdings and control of liquidity create conflicts and market risks. Vesting, multisignature custody and liquidity restrictions must not be assumed to be in place.

Any proposed liquidity restructuring needs a separate advance disclosure. No minimum price, buyback, redemption, market depth or preservation of value is promised. Existing outside holders’ tokens are not erased by the app’s beta status.

Risks and taxes

Real digital assets can lose all value. Thin liquidity, price manipulation, slippage, fees, lost keys, irreversible transactions, contract defects, compromised accounts, stablecoin depegging and provider restrictions can cause losses. No bank-deposit protection or government guarantee is represented. No activity guarantees income, appreciation or passive returns.

Real rewards and transactions may create tax and reporting obligations. Keep transaction and valuation records and obtain advice for your circumstances. See the IRS digital-assets guidance. Test balances are not represented as real digital-asset payments.

Token labels and voting features do not determine legal treatment. No representation is made that ASC is exempt from securities, payments, tax or other applicable laws. Real-money features remain gated on jurisdiction rules, appropriate identity and sanctions controls, independent contract review, custody safeguards and legal review.

Privacy Policy

What we collect and why

We receive account identifiers and contact details, profiles, uploaded content and audio, messages, social connections, preferences, reports and support requests. We also process activity, device and network information needed to deliver features, secure accounts, prevent abuse, moderate content and diagnose failures. Information comes from you, your use of the service and other members’ interactions or reports.

Early-access forms collect your name, email and stated interest so we can respond and send relevant project updates. To stop these updates or remove an entry, contact us. Account-security and recovery messages serve a separate operational purpose.

Visibility and sharing

Content marked public can be seen and copied by others. Review the audience controls for each feature; a profile setting should not be treated as making every previously shared item private. Messages are stored by Ascendra and are not end-to-end encrypted. Authorized access may be needed for service operation, security, support or lawful requests. Avoid sending identity documents, passwords, financial secrets or highly sensitive information in posts or messages.

Cookies and sessions

Ascendra uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, with sessions lasting up to 30 days unless revoked or expired. Signing out ends the active session; it does not erase posted content or your account. Use care on shared devices and clear site data when appropriate.

Service providers

The beta uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure for service delivery, database and media storage, and Resend for account-email delivery. Infrastructure providers process service data; the email provider processes the recipient address and message contents required to deliver verification or recovery emails. Legacy linked-account records may remain available, but native signup does not require signing in to ChatGPT.

When licensed music is activated, Feed.fm’s integration sends a stable pseudonymous listener ID derived from the account email, clip selection/play events and timestamps for licensing and royalty reporting. It does not send the raw account email, name, password or private messages through that reporting flow. Pseudonymous does not mean anonymous. Provider requests also disclose ordinary network information needed for delivery.

Production identity verification, real payments and additional data partners require feature-specific disclosures before activation. We may share information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or protection of rights. Data may be processed outside your state or country; no particular storage region is promised.

Data participation and advertising

Rewarded third-party data participation is a future feature, not an active payment program. A settings preference alone is not consent to a specific disclosure. Each future opportunity must explain the data, recipient, purpose, duration, compensation and withdrawal options before a separate opt-in. Declining does not prevent ordinary social use. Withdrawal stops future optional participation; it cannot undo lawful prior disclosures or mandatory retention.

Retention and security

We retain information to operate accounts and features and as reasonably needed for security, disputes and legal obligations. Passwords and server-side session tokens are stored as cryptographic hashes. Security measures reduce risk but do not guarantee protection. Precise deletion schedules and backup recovery are still being validated; Story expiry or disappearance from a feed does not itself establish deletion from storage.

Access, correction and deletion

Use profile editing and account settings to update information and control available discovery, messaging, activity and notification options. Signed-in members can download an account-data export and request deletion. The export is not a complete backup of every uploaded file or every record held by the service; contact us for a privacy access request.

During beta, deletion requests remove the profile from discovery and revoke native sessions, then require staff review after a seven-day safety period. Deletion is not automatic and seven days is not a promised completion deadline. Contact hello@ascendra.social to cancel or ask about progress. Applicable legal response deadlines still apply. Records needed for fraud, transactions, moderation or legal obligations may be retained; others’ lawful copies and public blockchain records cannot necessarily be removed.

Applicable privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion and portability, and opt out of covered sales, targeted advertising or profiling. Send requests or appeals of a denied request to hello@ascendra.social with “Privacy request” or “Privacy appeal” in the subject. We may reasonably verify your identity without requesting your password. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.

Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, requests generally require a response within 45 days, subject to a permitted extension with notice; appeals require a response within 60 days. If an appeal is denied, you may complain to the Texas Attorney General. These rights apply when the law covers the service and request; this notice does not claim universal compliance certification.

Children

Ascendra is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information. Report suspected underage accounts to hello@ascendra.social so we can investigate and remove information as appropriate. Economic features are restricted to adults; beta eligibility is not independent age verification.

Community Guidelines

Members may disagree, but may not engage in targeted harassment, credible threats, hate-based attacks, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate material, encouragement of self-harm, dangerous misinformation intended to cause imminent harm, fraud, spam or coordinated manipulation. Do not buy fake engagement or create multiple identities to obtain rewards.

Use available reporting controls or contact hello@ascendra.social. Ascendra may hide content for review, warn, restrict, suspend or remove accounts. Community moderators act within their communities; authorized platform reviewers handle platform-wide decisions. To appeal, use an available appeal control or email the decision details and your reasons. Do not submit sensitive documents unless a secure process is specifically arranged.

Clearly identify paid promotions, sponsorships, free products or other material connections in the relevant content, not only in your profile. Reviews and testimonials must reflect genuine experience. Consult the FTC advertising guidance. Ascendra is not an emergency service and does not promise continuous monitoring; contact local emergency services for imminent danger.

Copyright and DMCA

Upload only material you created, licensed or are otherwise permitted to use. Buying a song, having a streaming subscription, crediting an artist or using only a short excerpt does not by itself establish permission for a social-media upload. A rights checkbox records your representation; it is not proof of clearance.

Licensed catalog rights, once active, may be limited by territory, clip length, format, commercial use and license duration. Catalog availability may change and affected audio may be muted or removed. Selecting a licensed clip does not give you unrestricted rights to export or reuse it elsewhere.

Reporting infringement

Send copyright complaints to hello@ascendra.social. Identify the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, an accuracy and authority statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. Complaints may be shared as reasonably needed with the affected member to address the claim. Repeated infringement may result in account termination.

If you believe removal was mistaken, contact the same address for review. A formal counter-notice has legal requirements and may disclose contact information or expose you to litigation; seek advice before submitting one. Do not send false notices.

Designated-agent registration and publication of the operator’s and agent’s required legal details remain pending. This email is a reporting channel, not a claim of completed DMCA designation or safe-harbor eligibility. See the U.S. Copyright Office requirements.
